ABSTRACTS WITH A FLORAL VIBE
Floral abstracts can evocate the feeling of blossoms, plants, and gardens with color, texture and movement.
We will work with acrylics on canvas from our own sketches and photo resources and discuss how to plan the composition and color selections.

We will complete either 2 small or 1 larger canvas in each class. Each class will be based on a different color and composition plan. I will demo or show examples of each day’s assignment.
Charlotte Maloney is offering a watercolor landscape and portrait class. Each week she will have a different demonstration. The students will paint along at the same time. Seven different watercolor techniques will be covered in the class, such as wet into wet, dry brush, blending. We will be focusing on the landscape painting. The class on zoom meets once a week Tuesdays 2 o'clock to 4 o'clock. $35.00 per student.
Charlotte Maloney has been teaching Art at Palm Beach State College for 21 years and Florida Atlantic University. She is a member of the Gold Coast Watercolor Society, the Florida watercolor Society and Palm Beach Watercolor Society.
